SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping:

  • Digital downloads are delivered via email upon purchase. If you do not see an email with a download link, please email us at support@wenningstrength.com. You will also be able to find access to your downloads via your account page.
  • Products including books, clothing and small equipment like the Fat Bars are delivered via USPS. We will be adding additional shipping options soon.
  • Equipment shipping must move via freight shipping due to its size and weight. We ship with R&L Carriers. Currently we are manually taking orders via phone. Please contact our team while we work with R&L on finalizing the automation of this process. 

Returns: 

  • No returns on digital downloads
  • Physical merchandise: We accept returns within 30 days. Please contact customer support if you would like to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Equipment: All equipment is custom built at the time of order. We work through a warranty offer rather than a return.
